We accept most major health insurance plans. We do not accept vision insurance.
Please contact us and your insurance carrier to verify if we are in network with your plan. We are also able to see patients who are out of network or direct pay.
Preparing For Your Visit
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a secure link via text to complete your registration forms electronically. You may also fill them out in person at the office. Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card(s), and payment for copay and deductible if applicable.
At your first visit, Dr. Wong will review your ocular and medical history. Please bring a list of your medications.
Your eyes will be dilated for a full exam and imaging. You may wish to bring a driver in case of lingering light sensitivity and blurriness.
