We work with most major health insurance plans to make your retina care accessible and convenient. We do not accept vision insurance. We also offer direct pay options if your plan is not listed below.

You’ll receive a secure link by text to complete registration forms online or in the office.

Bring a valid photo ID, insurance card(s), copay or deductible, and your medication list.

Medical History Review

Dr. Wong will review your ocular and medical history during your first visit.

Dilated Eye Examination

Your eyes will be dilated for a full exam and imaging. Consider bringing a driver.
